CENTURY BANGUS COOK OFF

Century Bangus Cook Off
at the Century Culinary Center at Ortigas Home Depot
Compound along Julia Vargas Avenue, Pasig.

 CENTURY BANGUS IN SPANISH OIL PASTA
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 table spoon butter
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 can CENTURY BANGUS in Spanish oil
1 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp fresh crack pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup black olives
210g  linguine pasta, cooked and drained
1 tsp salt for pasta noodles
½ tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley chopped
Garlic bread on the side (optional)

PASTA:
Boil water with 1 teaspoon of salt, add linguine pasta , stir
occasionally, until al dente, do not overcook
then drain  and rinse with tap water, add  ½ tbsp olive oil  to
prevent sticking and place pasta back into the pot

MY WORLD CLASS SAUCE:
1.      Drain Century Bangus fillet and oil in can
2.      Reserve the spanish oil and set aside
3.      Using fork, flake the bangus fillet
4.      In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat
5.      Saute garlic until golden brown
6.      Add the oil of century bangus spanish style
7.      Simmer for 2 minutes
8.      Add salt, freshly cracked pepper and dried basil
9.      Add the Century bangus flakes
10.     Add sliced olives
11.     Add chopped fresh parsley simmer atleast 1 minute
12.     Toss the linguine pasta noodles together with the sauce
13.     Place in a bowl / plate
14.     Garnish with parsley
15.     Serve with garlic bread

 My Century Bangus in Spanish Oil Pasta has WORLD CLASS taste
 because the ingredients are very tasty and not expensive and yet full of flavor,
 this recipe is NOT your typical and ordinary recipe that you can just find anywhere,
 you can even serve this for a special occasion, it's that good, It also has all the healthy and
natural ingredients that is just right for everyone.

What makes this more delicious is because of  the aroma of the Century
spanish oil and perfect blend with the spiciness of the Century bangus
in spanish oil and the taste of the fruity and savory black olives.
The ingredients are really healthy because it has Black olives which
is rich in several health benefits, they are good fats that are said
to be beneficial in lowering bad cholesterol. It also has a good
source of Vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that can fight free
radicals and prevent certain diseases. The Parsley - It’s not just for
a table garnish to look good, but it is incredibly flavorful and full
of valuable nutrients like Vitamin K, A and folate as well, it also
contains three times as much vitamin C as oranges and twice as much
iron as spinach. The Dried Basil which is known as the king of herbs,
one of the oldest and popular herbal plant with rich in many notable
health benefiting phyto-nutrients. And ofcourse  the Century Bangus
that has many health benefits, like it has Omega-3 DHA that is good
for the heart and it promotes a good memory, no saturated fat, low in
sodium , no sugar, very high in niacin, high in phosphorus, high in
selenium, high in vitamin B6, and very high in vitamin B12.
