APPLE TARTE TATIN

 APPLE TARTE TATIN

Preparation:
-Preheat your oven to 190˚C/375˚F
- Slice the apple and remove the seeds
-Caramelize sugar in the pot
-When the sugar caramelized, Add  halved apples
-Stir everything in the pan and cook until the apples start to soften
- Add butter to caramel and stir until it melts. 
-Take off heat and pour caramel into a buttered pie dish.
 Prepare the crust:
-Dust your rolling pin with flour and roll out your puff pastry 

 after pouring the caramel and apple in the pie dish,
lay the pastry over the top of the apples

 Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden

 Remove from oven and turn it out.
Put the board or plate on top of the pan, then turn it out
 and let it cool
 serve warm with vanilla ice cream on the side! :)
