I got inspired from the Philippine's Junior MasterChef contender Louise Mabulo who made the
Laing-Stuffed Chicken and made her to the top 20.
So here is my Laing-Stuffed Chicken happytummykitty version LOL
Prepare the Chicken
season with salt and pepper
Place Laing and cream cheese together and roll
Whisk egg
seasoned the flour with salt and pepper
Roll the chicken in the seasoned flour and soak in egg
Then roll it in bread crumbs
Pan fry until golden brown and drain the oil in paper towel
